Scripture says that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and we are to honor The Lord with our bodies. How do you do that? You take care of it, you respect it and treat it as a valuable. Use your body to bring him Glory. When you stand strong against temptation, you are honoring The Lord with your body. When you take care of your self by eating properly and getting enough sleep, you are honoring The Lord with your body. You are saying lord “Thank you for this gift of life” I am choosing to take care of my self so that I can serve you with my whole heart, mind and strength. Let this be encouragement to stay on track with “Good Habits” If you honor The Lord with your body, you will be strengthened and empowered by his peace.

Tank Top Arms Work out
Today’s routine was the tank tops arms work out I did three rounds for time using 30lbs dumbbells for my shoulder press 25lbs for Bicep Burners,50lbs for my rows and15 lbs for my lateral raises.

15 Shoulder Press
10 Push Ups
15 Back Rows
15 Lateral Raises
10 Push Ups
15 Tricep Kick Backs with 20 Tricep Pulse Backs (at YBYM)
